Wheeling Airport 50th Anniversary Celebration 1996

Bill Riley (left) and Ray Kuhlman (right) flew the first DC-3 flight into Wheeling in 1946. They are joined by Peggy Frank of the Capital Airlines Association for the 50th Anniversary Celebration.
